We provide a commercial grade, 7.5lb waterproof trash mat that stays in the breezeways for residents to place their trash on. Using a mat eliminates the unsightly use of a trash can outside in the walkways. We want to make this as easy for tenants as possible and not having to remember to bring their trash cans in and out every night is just one of the ways we do that. We take on the responsibility of cleaning the mats and if there are any mats that need attention between cleanings, we simply replace as needed.
We provide a branded 13 gallon garbage can for residents to place outside during service hours for nightly pickup. If a different type of garbage receptacle is needed to better suit the needs of the community, we will work with you to find a suitable receptacle.
Trash pick up happens after business hours when management is not around. To give management peace of mind, we use integrated mobile photo technology that has certification of date/time and GPS location. The smart phone pictures are tamper-proof eliminating all subjectivity around your photos. Photos are taken nightly of the complex showing services rendered and a customizable photo receipt of work performed is provided daily so you know exactly what is happening on your property when you are not there.
Pet friendly amenities are on the rise with communities across the country and as a result a new stream of pet waste has been added to the equation for maintenance staff. Servicing of pet waste receptacle is included with all plans and customizable to free up maintenance staff.
Making sure your apartment buildings look the best they can be is critical in attracting and maintaining tenants. Dirt, gum, and grime over time can leave breezeways, stairs, and landings looking old and grubby. We can help! Our process includes professional grade equipment and the latest techniques offered to the power washing industry. We also use a water based biodegradable cleaner to ensure that tenants, pets, and your property will be safe. Pressure Washing can be provided in our Property Plus Program or as a one time service.
